Greenville’s Vance Lippard and Jerry Garrett Join Coldwell Banker Caine’s Easley Office

Coldwell Banker Caine recently welcomed Vance Lippard and Jerry Garrett, both formerly of the Greer office, to its Easley office as brokers.

Lippard specializes in real estate in Greenville and Pickens counties. Originally from Charlotte, he has lived in the Upstate since graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree from Clemson University. Prior to entering real estate sales in 2003, Lippard worked in industrial drive sales and newspaper advertising. He is active in his church and enjoys playing golf.

Garrett, a Greenville native, specializes in residential real estate and historic home restoration. He is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and a Real Estate Owned (REO) specialist. Garrett is also a hospice volunteer with Caris Healthcare and is involved with Meals on Wheels and Habitat for Humanity. He enjoys antique shopping, going to the lake and spending time with his five grandchildren outside of work. Garrett worked at Duke Energy prior to his current position.

“We are happy to welcome two new members to our Easley office,” said Brad Halter, president of Coldwell Banker Caine. “Vance and Jerry are great real estate professionals and committed members of our community. They will serve the Easley area well.”
