Science as Art 2010
For the past four years, “Science as Art” has challenged Clemson University students, faculty and staff to share the powerful and inspiring visual images produced in our laboratories, workspaces and learning environments. The results have been impressive, and have drawn the attention of scientists, artists, and members of the community. The winning entries were featured in Clemson World, and are on display in Brackett Hall, Rhodes Engineering Research Center and Holtzendorff Hall.
To view the entries for Science as Art 2010, there will be a "Meet the Artist" reception and exhibit on Thursday, April 1, 2010 from 5:00 – 6:30 p.m. at the Advanced Materials Research Laboratory in Pendleton. Directions and map can be found on the Science as Art web site: www.scienceasart.org. Artists and judges will be present. Refreshments and hors d'oeuvres will be served. This event is free and open to the public.
All entries will be displayed in the Cooper Library on the campus of Clemson University from the beginning of April through mid-May.
