Human Resource Dynamics Partner Nominated Human Resource Professional of the Year

COLUMBIA (February 16, 2010) – JoAnn Moss, partner of Columbia-based HR firm, Human Resource Dynamics, was nominated for the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce’s Human Resource Professional of the Year. She was one of only 10 finalists of a record-setting 17 nominees.

“It was an honor to be nominated, and I was in great company,” said Moss. “I am proud to be able to impact our clients and local businesses by helping them develop human resources solutions that align their employee strategies with overall business strategies, legally, efficiently and fairly during challenging economic times.”

Moss has more than 30 years’ experience in the human resource profession and has served in several HR executive leadership positions for South Carolina state government. In addition to serving on the Board of the S.C. Diversity Council, which is dedicated to promoting diversity in the workplace and raising awareness about the many benefits a multifaceted workforce can bring a company, Moss will also be a member of the Spring 2010 class of the Riley Institute Diversity Leaders Initiative, where she will acquire a deeper frame of reference and skills for guiding employers in our state’s increasingly diverse workplaces.
