Dynamic Hires New Sales Coach: Mike Grant Brings Energy To Excite

Mike Grant, a management veteran of twelve years, is one of the newest additions to the Dynamic Realty management team. Grant will be the sales coach for Anderson County.

“I love working with people,” Grant said. “I love the feeling of winning everyday with a team.”

Grant’s goal, in order to grow business, is to coach, motivate and be involved with his Realtors. As manager, he ensures professionalism and goes beyond the bottom line in customer service by maximizing performance and providing the highest levels of ethical and legal service to buyers and sellers.

He says the “unique concept and approach to the real estate market” is what led him to be a part of Dynamic. He likes “the upper managements desire to be successful with a winning attitude” and the company’s “all around professional environment with a splash of excitement”.

Grant is most excited about growing his own team with the privilege of working for Dynamic. Grant plans on bringing a new level of energy and a fresh mentality of winning to each day in the office. His plan is “to bring excitement to agents business, to make them feel proud and happy for what they do [and] to be a part of their everyday schedule so we can get to their goals together”.

Grant, a member of a boy band when he was young, lived in Norwood, NY for 21 years and attended Canton College of Technology before moving to Greenville. Grant has been married to Erica for eight years and has two boys, Cameron and Gavynn. Grant and his family are members at Simpsonville First Baptist Church.
