Sean Twitty Joins Dynamic Realty Management Team
Sean Twitty, former Vice President of the Jaycees, is now one of Dynamic Realty’s newest sales coaches. Twitty will be serving agents in the Spartanburg and Greenville offices. His main goal is to lead all real estate agents to their goals.
“I get great satisfaction from seeing others reach their professional goals, this is what drives me,” Twitty said. “ I will bring an approach that is focused on sales. To do this we will have to change the old real estate paradigm that leads agents to believe that buyers and sellers will find them, as opposed to the other way around.”
Twitty joined with President Rick Stroud, CEO Dave Barber, and the Dynamic Realty team because the two have similar management philosophies. Both Twitty and Dynamic believe “that you lead people to their goals as opposed to your own”.
Twitty is most excited about having an opportunity to create a team of real estate agents who are true sales professionals.
Twitty has spent the past five years in sales management. Two years were with Palm Harbor Homes and the other three were with Maxtel Communications. Twity is a Spartanburg native and married to the former Shannon Jeffords. He is active in the community and coach’s minor league football. Twitty says he is a very good chess player; so, if you do not want to lose, challenge him to a game of golf.
