Brains on Fire Adds Two New Members to Team
GREENVILLE, S.C. – April 12, 2010 – Identity and word of mouth movement company Brains on Fire continues to grow its team with two recent additions, Alexis Bass and Logan Metcalfe.
As Brains on Fire’s new Insight Development Officer, Bass leads values-based observational research and assists with strategic development for Brains on Fire’s identity and word of mouth movements for its clients.
Prior to joining Brains on Fire, Bass worked at Saatchi & Saatchi X based in Fayetteville, Ark. working as an account planner with brands such as Tide, Febreze, IAMS, PuR and Duracell for the Procter & Gamble Wal-Mart Customer Team. She earned her bachelor’s degree in advertising from the University of South Carolina and a master’s degree in communication strategy from the Virginia Commonwealth University Brandcenter in Richmond.
Metcalfe joins the Brains on Fire team as Chief Financial Officer. He oversees and manages the company’s accounting and finances. A native of New Zealand, Metcalfe graduated from the University of Auckland and moved to the United States ten years ago as a management consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton advising firm. He later attended the Harvard Business School in Boston where he earned a Master of Business Administration degree. He moved to Greenville in 2003 to work with Immaculate Baking Company.
