EDTS Support Engineer, Ian Ferguson, recently passed the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) exam. The CCNA validates the ability to install, configure, operate, and troubleshoot medium-size routed and switched networks, including implementation and verification of connections to remote sites in a WAN.
