Adds Workforce Professional Julia Hoyle
(Greenville, SC May 19, 2010) 10-x Group President Holly Rollins made two announcements today that the full-service marketing company will be increasing its workforce development side of the business. First, 10-x is partnering with the Troy, Michigan-based National Workforce Institute (NWI) on certain workforce projects where a full range of services are needed—marketing to workforce professional development and training.
NWI is a non-profit organization offering competency-based training and programs to ensure workforce professionals have the skills required to achieve excellence in their jobs. This approach allows workforce organizations to strategically focus their training and development resources, reduce cost and redundancy, and maintain a highly-skilled staff. Programs range from team building to how to serve the customers (job seekers) with career-readiness training, including online assessments and on-site workshops.
Second, 10-x named Julia Hoyle as Events Manager for the Southeastern Employment & Training Association (SETA). 10-x provides the staffing support and management for this 1500-member organization in the Southeast. Hoyle is a veteran in workforce development in South Carolina. She most recently was employed at WorkLink, serving Anderson, Oconee and Pickens counties in SC—for 15 years, where she served as Director the majority of her tenure there.
“With these two announcements, 10-x is equipped more than ever to offer a well-rounded, one-stop package of services for workforce development organizations,” said Rollins.
