As I read and listen to the cries of individuals to save creativity I ponder the question of, how? These topics touch my heart closely and I am in agreement that action must be taken, but what action? I continue to ponder and have no clear plan to save creativity in my college classroom but at least I have found the station and boarded the train. How do you personalize for thousands of children when teachers, parents, and other individuals in the "system" have become so fearful or apathetic? Perhaps it starts with taking off some of their chains. I have often wondered if I could make it in an elementary school classroom of if I would color outside of the lines too often? Currently I am working with making online learning environments engaging, interesting, and now perhaps more personalized than before. Wonderful lecture! Thank you for sharing. M
