David Ambuehl and Stephen Dowd Join Coldwell Banker Caine in Greenville

Greenville, S.C. – June 3, 2010 – Coldwell Banker Caine recently welcomed David Ambuehl and Stephen Dowd as sales associates to its Greenville office.

Originally from Salem, Ill., Ambuehl has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. He specializes in relocation, especially with seniors, and is currently working toward his Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Relocation Certified (RELO) designations.

Prior to starting in real estate, Ambuehl managed sales and marketing departments for automation and packaging companies. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Marketing from Eastern Illinois University.

Ambuehl is involved with the Simpsonville Rotary, Upstate Alliance, Saint Mary Magdalene Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus, Air Force Nation Security Forum 2010 and serves as an election judge.

Dowd, a native of Hogshooter Valley, Okla., has lived in Greenville since 1986. He has been in the real estate industry since 2003 and specializes in staging properties and Greenville’s downtown condos.

Dowd was a software installer for lumberyards and builders before his current career. He is active with Shannon Forest Christian School and enjoys spending time with his family.
