Butler Road Location Continues Company’s New Business Model Expansion Across Upstate

Greenville, S.C. – June 8, 2010 – On the heels of opening its first Real Estate Gallery in downtown Greenville, Coldwell Banker Caine continues to move its business strategy forward by securing its second Gallery space in Mauldin. The next Real Estate Gallery will be located at 150 Tanner Road, Suite C, at the corner of Butler Road.

The 2,000 square foot space will offer the same level of convenience and technological advancements as the Coldwell Banker Caine Main Street Real Estate Gallery in Greenville. The company began rolling out its new concept Gallery offices last month as part of a larger strategy to better accommodate the way real estate transactions are conducted today.

The Butler Road Real Estate Gallery in Mauldin will open this fall, with more Gallery offices planned around the Upstate soon. As with the Main Street Real Estate Gallery, the Mauldin space will serve as part real estate center, part community information center.

“We’re continuing to strategically locate these Real Estate Galleries around the Upstate,” said Brad Halter, president of Coldwell Banker Caine and Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine. “The idea is for our real estate agents, clients and anyone considering buying or selling property to be able to walk in to any of these Galleries and get the information they need, quickly and efficiently.”

During a recent visit to Greenville, Coldwell Banker Corporation’s President and CEO Jim Gillespie applauded Coldwell Banker Caine’s visionary steps forward in introducing the Real Estate Galleries. “It’s an innovative solution that directly addresses today’s real estate landscape, and the way business is being done,” said Gillespie.

Rather than be tethered to one central office location, all Coldwell Banker Caine sales associates and staff will have full access to each of the Real Estate Galleries around the Upstate to conduct business when and where it’s convenient for them and their clients.
