Coldwell Banker Caine in Greenville Welcomes Marty Jacks and Dr. Otis Allen

Greenville, S.C. – June 9, 2010 – Marty Jacks and Dr. Otis Allen recently joined Coldwell Banker Caine’s Greenville office as sales associates.

A native of Simpsonville and lifelong Upstate resident, Jacks started in real estate in 2009. Prior to his current career, he was a small business owner for ten years and was a loan officer at a credit union.

Jacks is a graduate of the Wyatt Real Estate School and holds an associate degree in architecture from Greenville Technical College. In his spare time he enjoys golf, yard work and spending time with his dogs and fiancé.

Also a Simpsonville resident, Allen was a college professor for over 25 years before starting his real estate career in 1999. Having lived in the area throughout his life, Allen passes along his extensive knowledge of the Upstate to his clients.

Allen received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry from the University of South Carolina in Columbia and Master of Business Administration and Doctor of Education degrees from Clemson University. He is a coach for local little leagues and his church’s basketball and softball teams.
