Turner Padget Adds New Associate
Greenville, S.C., June 8, 2010 – Turner Padget Graham & Laney is pleased to announce that Ammon Lesher has joined the firm. Mr. Lesher will be based in the Greenville office practicing in the area of Intellectual Property. His work will include patent prosecution, trademark and copyright registrations, patent, trademark and copyright litigation, and inter partes proceedings within the Patent and Trademark Office.
Mr. Lesher earned his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina, cum laude, in 2009. He was a member of the Order of the Wig and Robe and earned CALI Awards in the areas of Intellectual Property, Appellate Advocacy, Conflict of Laws, Construction Law and Litigation. Prior to his graduation from law school, Mr. Lesher earned B.S. and M.S. degrees in marine biology from the College of Charleston, a background providing a strong foundation in biology, chemistry, and physics, enabling his practice in IP law in a broad range of technologies.
