Kerstin Joslin-Venus of Coldwell Banker Caine Earns ABR Designation

Spartanburg, S.C. – June 18, 2010 – Kerstin Joslin-Venus of Coldwell Banker Caine in Spartanburg recently earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representation (ABR) designation by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Joslin-Venus joins more than 30,000 real estate professionals who have earned this nationally recognized distinction.

Earning the ABR designation requires successful completion of a comprehensive and an elective course focusing on buyer representation, both in addition to submitting documentation verifying professional experience.

Joslin-Venus also holds NAR’s e-Pro certification for Internet professionalism and GREEN designation for knowledge of sustainable real estate practices. She was named Coldwell Banker Caine’s Rookie of the Year in Spartanburg for 2009. Originally from Germany, Joslin-Venus specializes in the neighborhoods surrounding downtown Spartanburg and is a member of the German American Club of the Carolinas, Paws2Care and the Spartanburg Chamber of Commerce.
