Sharalyn Kluke and Noreen Pfund Join Coldwell Banker Caine in Seneca

Seneca, S.C. – July 7, 2010 – Coldwell Banker Caine’s Seneca office recently welcomed Sharalyn Kluke, ABR, SFR, and Noreen Pfund as sales associates.

Originally from Campbell’s Bay, Quebec, Kluke started her career in real estate in 2005. She is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and holds the Short Sales and Foreclosures Resource (SFR) designation. Kluke specializes in real estate purchases with first time homebuyers.

Prior to her real estate career, Kluke was an elementary, middle and high school teacher for more than seven years. She holds a Bachelor of Education degree from Brock University in Ontario and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Ottawa.

Kluke is involved with Foothills Community Church and the Oconee County Animal Shelter, as well as other community fundraising activities. She enjoys traveling to Canada, buying and selling antiques and collectibles and painting pottery.

Pfund is a Los Angeles native and has been in real estate since 2004. She specializes in real estate as a listing and buyers agent.

Before earning her real estate license, Pfund was a professional golf mentor as a LPGA Teaching Pro and business owner of “Lessons on the Green.” She earned a degree in business from the San Diego Golf Academy.

Pfund plans to join the Seneca Chamber of Commerce and Walhalla Women’s Club. She enjoys golf, traveling and gardening as personal hobbies.
