SC Economics Welcomes Four New Members to Its Board

Mark E. Ballew, a partner with Grant Thornton; Christopher Lindsay, president of Lindsay & Associates; William Mahoney, president and CEO of the SC Research Authority; and Kimberly Perry, regional manager and senior vice president of Wells Fargo Advisors; have been elected to three-year terms on the Board of Directors of SC Economics (formerly the SC Council on Economic Education).

“The wealth of business experience and knowledge that Mark, Chris, Bill and Kim bring to SC Economics will be a major asset in helping us fulfill our mission to educate South Carolina students in economic and financial literacy,” said SC Economics President Helen Meyers.

SC Economics is a non-profit business-education partnership dedicated to providing teachers with the tools and resources needed to educate South Carolina students about financial literacy, economic principles, and the changing global economy.
