Ashley Andrews and John Messer Join Coldwell Banker Caine in Greenville

Greenville, S.C. – July 19, 2010 – Coldwell Banker Caine in Greenville recently welcomed Ashley Andrews as manager of concierge and real estate gallery services and John Messer as a sales associate.

A Greenville native, Andrews is manager of Coldwell Banker Caine’s concierge program and oversees the Main Street Real Estate Gallery in downtown Greenville. The company’s complimentary concierge program refers licensed and insured service professionals exclusively to Coldwell Banker Caine clients. Andrews was a sales analyst for Dunlop Sports Group Americas and a retail sales manager prior to this position.

Andrews attended Carson-Newman College in Jefferson City, Tenn. for business administration and computer information systems. She supports the American Heart Association and Pendleton Place Children’s Shelter.

Messer, a long-time Upstate native and current Simpsonville resident, is taking the next step in his real estate career as a sales associate with Coldwell Banker Caine. Messer has been a residential mortgage banker for the past 12 years, most recently with Coldwell Banker Mortgage.

Messer has closed hundreds of real estate transactions with families across the Upstate, and has extensive knowledge and understanding of contractual matters, appraisals, credit, underwriting, inspections and closings. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and pets and attending local sporting events.
