GREENVILLE, S.C. – July 19, 2010 – Sales associates from Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine’s Greenville and Spartanburg offices recently represented the following real estate transactions:

• Greg Googer, CCIM, represented the Purchaser, Patton Development, in the sale of 1.2 acres of vacant land at North Tryon Street in Charlotte from John Sipsic.
• Greg Googer, CCIM, represented the Purchaser, Patton Development, in the sale of 2.154 acres of vacant land at W. Blackstock Road and Hayne Street in Spartanburg from SOM Enterprises, LLC.
• David Sigmon of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine in Greenville represented the Lessor, Lewis Plaza, in the lease of 2,650 square feet of retail space at 1726 Augusta Road, Suites A and B, in Greenville to Shogun, LLC.
• David Sigmon and Brian Scurlock of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine in Greenville represented the Lessor, Boulder, LLC, in the lease of 17,457 square feet of office space at 856 S. Pleasantburg Drive in Greenville. Pete Brett, CCIM, also of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine in Greenville, represented the Lessee, Guardian Healthcare, Inc., in the transaction.
• Charles J. Humphreys, CCIM, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine in Greenville represented the Purchaser, JH Global Services, Inc./Star EV Real Estate, LLC, in the sale of 103,284 square feet of industrial space at 378 Neely Ferry Road in Simpsonville from The Alexander Family Partnership.
