Coldwell Banker Caine Recognizes Upstate’s Second Quarter Top Producers

Greenville, S.C. – July 22, 2010 – Coldwell Banker Caine has recently named its top producing agents for the second quarter of 2010 from each of its five offices.

The three top producing agents from each office are ranked by the total volume of business closed during the months of April, May and June combined and include:
• Greenville: Helen Hagood, Jacob Mann and Sharon Wilson
• Spartanburg: Donna Morrow, Kay Cox and Annette Starnes
• Greer: Mack Holliday, Marc Ford and Tammy Hoffman
• Seneca: Lauren Willis, Regina Bolt and Dottie Shuman
• Easley: Dennis Gardner, Carol Walsh and Amy Grubbs

“These agents have seen the ups and downs of real estate in the second quarter of this year, including the close of the federal homebuyer credit and the spike of home sales in May,” said Brad Halter, president of Coldwell Banker Caine and Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine. “And each has persevered and continued to offer the level of customer service that helped earned them this prestigious ranking.”
