Croxton Gray Commercial Properties to join NAI Earle Furman, LLC
NAI Earle Furman, one of South Carolina’s leading providers of integrated commercial real estate services, announced today an expanded team that includes the partners of Croxton Gray Commercial Properties.
NAI Earle Furman and Croxton Gray Commercial Properties see the move as an opportunity to enhance competitive advantage while exerting a more dominant market share. Under the new partnership, all of Croxton Gray’s brokerage accounts will be incorporated into the NAI Earle Furman portfolio – representing an expanded presence in the Upstate region of South Carolina.
"We congratulate Croxton Gray Commercial Properties on their decision to join forces with NAI Earle Furman," said James Crump, Regional Sales Director for CoStar Group in Atlanta. "NAI Earle Furman has long been a market leader, recognized for their outstanding performance as a CoStar Power Broker Award winner. Both Croxton and Gray provide an excellent addition to NAI Earle Furman and expand our ability to provide research driven results for Upstate business.”
NAI Earle Furman is among the Upstate’s oldest and most respected full service commercial real estate firm. Founded in 1986, NAI Earle Furman has a long history of helping their clients optimize real estate assets both regionally and internationally – continuing to expand even in a down market. The firm has consistently generated an average annual volume of over $150 million.
“Croxton Gray has operated as a small firm for the past 6 years and we see the access to larger platforms and more extensive contacts as a unique opportunity provided by Earle Furman and the NAI affiliation,” said Harry Croxton.
“As we continued to expand, we found ourselves at a crossroads and the culture and environment at NAI Earle Furman seemed to be the right fit,” said John Gray. “We have co-brokered many deals together over the years and are excited that our teams are joining forces.”
Earle Furman, President and founder of NAI Earle Furman, said, “We are as excited as they are. The character, quality, and professional experience that John Gray and Harry Croxton and their team bring will greatly benefit our company and clients.”
Also joining NAI Earle Furman will be former Croxton Gray Commercial Properties broker Hunt Huntley and officer manager Jessica Wall. For more information on NAI Earle Furman and the opportunities they provide, please visit www.naiearlefurman.com.
