Pearce Approved as Mediator and Arbitrator

Pearce has recently been approved by the South Carolina Board of Arbitrator and Mediator Certification as a Circuit Court Mediator and Arbitrator. Mr. Pearce was also recently approved as a Mediator for the United States District Court of South Carolina. Mr. Pearce is a resident in the Myrtle Beach office and has an active litigation practice with a primary emphasis on matters involving the construction and professional design related matters. He has an extensive background in land use and environmental planning, torts and insurance issues, and related real estate and commercial litigation.
