Jennifer Thompson and Tracey Cappio Join Coldwell Banker Caine in Greenville

Greenville, S.C. – July 26, 2010 – Coldwell Banker Caine’s Greenville office recently welcomed Jennifer Thompson and Tracey Cappio as sales associates.

Thompson has been in the real estate industry since 2008 and is originally from Tryon, N.C. Prior to this position, she worked in the outside sales department for Selig Industries and was a land sales consultant for Cherokee Valley Golf Community in Travelers Rest.

Thompson earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of South Carolina Upstate. She participates in charitable events in the Greenville area and supports the March of Dimes, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and the Humane Society.

Originally from Tampa, Fla., Cappio is beginning her real estate career with Coldwell Banker Caine. She has spent 15 years in the hospitality industry including positions as director of training at Brinker International and The Cliffs Communities. Most recently, Cappio worked as a consultant at Think Up Consulting.

Cappio earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Florida State University. She is involved with the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors, sits on the 2010 Board of Directors for the American Society of Training and Development and is a member of St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church.
