Libbe Milicia joins Progress Lighting as director of product development
Libbe Milicia recently joined Progress Lighting as director of product development. In her new position, Milicia provides creative direction for decorative product designs. She also researches macro-trends that influence home décor accessories and evaluates Progress Lighting’s current lighting offering.
For more than 20 years, Milicia has been involved in the creation of consumer-focused, lifestyle driven design and product development for manufacturers in the lighting industry. She brings experience in commercial/hospitality, residential, retail and landscape lighting markets and most recently served as creative director for Kichler Lighting.
