Ables Joins Greenville Natural Health Center

GREENVILLE, SC – Jennifer Ables, Ph.D., has joined Greenville Natural Health Center as Natural Health Practitioner. Ables holds Masters and Doctorate degrees in Holistic Nutrition from Clayton College of Natural Health in Birmingham, AL, and has been in private practice since 2000.

Ables specializes in using natural health methods such as nutrition, herbs, clearing techniques, visualization, and breathing for a mind/body/spirit approach to good physical health and wellness. She teaches new methods of food shopping, food preparation, and eating out to successfully change diet habits. She also offers intuitive consultations that assess the body’s energy system, and recommend the most effective natural health tools to clear blockages and restore the natural flow of energy. Ables’ hours at Greenville Natural Health Center are Monday, Wednesday and Friday by appointment.

Opened in 2007 by Dr. Marina Ponton, Greenville Natural Health Center specializes in women’s health and wellness using natural health modalities such as acupuncture, therapeutic massage, nutrition and herbal therapy. The Center integrates biomedicine (Western medicine) with Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), utilizing a holistic (mind-body) approach to issues such as chronic fatigue, chronic pain, menopause and infertility. Greenville Natural Health Center recently was expanded to include additional treatment rooms and space for patient and consumer seminars.
