O’Neal Inc. Hires Manager of Projects

Greenville, SC – October 8, 2010 – O’Neal, Inc., a Greenville-based integrated design and construction firm, is pleased to name Kevin Gass as its new Manager of Projects.

In this position, Gass will play an integral role in overseeing O’Neal’s industrial and manufacturing construction projects. In addition to ensuring successful delivery of industrial construction projects, Gass will also manage project estimates, project controls, and preconstruction services.

Gass comes to O’Neal with 22 years experience in construction management. He graduated with a BS in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech. Prior to joining O’Neal, Gass spent 15 years in a management role with Suitt Construction in Richmond, Va. and Birmingham, Ala. He also served as a Project Executive and Operations Manager for Turner Construction in Charlotte, N.C., and most recently, as Vice President of Operations and Project Executive at Bovis Lend Lease in Charlotte, N.C.
