HR Experts On Demand Hires Two HR Consultants

HR Experts On Demand recently hired HR Consultants Carol Edwards and Carolyn Elsea to support its growing client base. The Upstate-based firm, which delivers practical and customized human resources support and services to small business and nonprofit organizations, now employs five HR consultants.

Edwards and Elsea each have earned the national Senior Professional in Human Resources certification (SPHR), which signifies they possess the theoretical knowledge and practical experience in human resource management necessary to pass a rigorous exam demonstrating a mastery of this knowledge.

Edwards, SPHR, has more than 20 years of human resources experience. Prior to joining the firm, she was VP of Human Resources at Fujifilm in Greenwood, SC and was responsible for 1,500 employees. She possesses an MBA with an HR concentration and a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. In her role as an HR Consultant, Edwards will apply her strengths in organizational development, compensation, employee benefits, recruiting and employee relations.

Elsea, SPHR, will assume a dual role as HR Consultant and Business Development Manager. Elsea has more than 20 years of human resources experience. Prior to joining the firm, she was Director of Human Resources at RMT, Inc. where she had local and national responsibilities. Elsea has a bachelor’s degree in Business Education. In her role as HR Consultant, Elsea will apply her strengths in strategic planning, training, employee development and employee relations. She also will assist Jill Vales, President of the firm, with business development activities.
