COLUMBIA (October 18, 2010) – Human Resource Dynamics, a statewide HR firm specializing in leadership development, outplacement services and HR partnering, is now under the leadership of a new CEO, John Slavich.

“I am excited to lead the talented team at Human Resource Dynamics,” says Slavich. “My vision is to take this established business to the next level by expanding our leadership development and talent management capabilities while continuing to offer the same caliber of service clients have come to expect from the firm.”

Slavich, who most recently served as Operations Manager and Human Resources Manager for Donaldson Company, a $1.8 billion Minnesota-based filtration solutions manufacturer, brings more than 15 years of HR and operations experience to Human Resource Dynamics. Slavich was drawn to the business-friendly climate of South Carolina because he believes companies that mastered process improvements and lean strategies to remain competitive during the recession will require custom HR strategies to ensure continued productivity during the recovery.
