Kerstin Joslin-Venus of Coldwell Banker Caine Earns SRES Designation

Spartanburg, S.C. – Oct. 26, 2010 – Kerstin Joslin-Venus of Coldwell Banker Caine in Spartanburg recently earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Joslin-Venus joins more than 16,000 real estate professionals who have earned this nationally recognized distinction.

The SRES program educates Realtors® on how to profitably and ethically serve the needs of clients ages 50 and older. Those who have earned the designation have demonstrated the necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel seniors through the major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in real estate.

Joslin-Venus also holds NAR’s Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) distinction, e-Pro certification for Internet professionalism and GREEN designation for knowledge of sustainable real estate practices. She was named Coldwell Banker Caine’s Rookie of the Year in Spartanburg for 2009. Originally from Germany, Joslin-Venus specializes in the neighborhoods surrounding downtown Spartanburg and is a member of the German American Club of the Carolinas, Paws2Care and the Spartanburg Chamber of Commerce.
