Ever-Green Recycling Certifies Three Upstate Businesses
GREENVILLE, SC – Ever-Green Recycling has implemented waste reduction programs for Meals on Wheels of Greenville, Benefitfocus in Greenville, and B2B Media in Mauldin. The programs are designed to reduce waste sent to area landfills by recycling of cardboard, paper, plastic, glass, and aluminum, according to Ever-Green President Elizabeth Garrison.
At Meals on Wheels, the Ever-Green program has significantly reduced waste at the non-profit organization’s Oregon Street headquarters, according to Leslie Farmer, Director of Marketing. “Ever-Green Recycling has enabled Meals on Wheels to significantly reduce dumpster waste. We now have the ability to recycle paper, glass, plastic and cans; which using more than 500 cans per week, has drastically reduced our waste,” Farmer said. “With Ever-Green’s help, we can do our part to be a greener, more efficient organization.”
A local leader in recycling services, Ever-Green Recycling specializes in commercial recycling for offices, restaurants, hotels and medical facilities. The company also offers special services that include pick up and recycling of high-volume cardboard and industrial plastics, and composting. Founded by Garrison in 2007, Ever-Green Recycling also holds educational training for companies on how and what to recycle. For more information, contact Elizabeth Garrison at 864-230-9800 or visit
