Neal Prince Architects Promotes Two Employees, Hires Intern
GREENVILLE, S.C. – Nov. 11, 2010 - Neal Prince Architects recently promoted Chris Stone, former Associate, to his new position as Principal and Shareholder, and Iris Meeker, former Director of the Interior Design Studio, to her new position as Associate. Additionally, the firm hired Jonathan Edens as an intern architect.
Stone has been an employee of Neal Prince since 1998, and served as an Associate of the firm since 2008. He has demonstrated leadership by growing and retaining business in this ever competitive market.
Additionally, Stone has proven himself to be a strong project manager and designer for many high profile and award winning projects including Michelin on Main, CU-ICAR AutoPark and the Cliff’s Community’s Walnut Cove Pro-shop and Tavern. Recent projects also include First Baptist Church of Greenville’s Activity and Youth Ministry Center, Tri-County Technical College’s Easley Campus and CU-ICAR’s Center for Emerging Technologies.
Meeker, IIDA, LEED AP, ID+C, an employee of Neal Prince since 2005, and having served as the Director of the Interior Design Studio since 2007, is currently serving on the board of directors for the United States Green Building Council South Carolina Chapter (USGBC-SC) and is a member of the Greenville Chamber’s Leadership Greenville Class 37. Her passion and dedication for interior design support NPA’s firm goals of sustainability and office culture.
