• David Sigmon represented the Lessor, 233 North Main Properties, in the lease of 3,061 square feet of office space at 233 North Main Street, Suite 250, in Greenville to Greenville Area Development Co.

• David Sigmon represented the Lessor, 233 North Main Properties, in the lease of 2,100 square feet of retail space at 233 North Main Street in Greenville to The Beaded Frog, LLC.

• David Sigmon represented the Lessor, 233 North Main Properties, in the lease of 5,400 square feet of restaurant space at 233 North Main Street in Greenville to The Basement.

• Charles Humphreys, CCIM, represented the Purchasers in the sale of 9,014 square feet of retail space at 8690 Asheville Highway in Spartanburg. Greg Googer of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine’s Spartanburg office represented the Seller, Patton Development Co., Inc.

• Frank Halter, Brian Sparks and Charles Humphreys, CCIM, represented the Lessor, 200 East Broad Street, LLC, in the lease renewal of 11,777 square feet of office space at 200 East Broad Street, Suite 250 in Greenville to Turner Padget Graham & Laney, PA.

• David Sigmon represented the Lessor, Mountain City Land & Improvement Co., LLC, in the lease of 3,166 square feet of office space at 148 River Street, Suite 130, in Greenville to Greater Greenville Convention & Visitors Bureau.
