Featured Guest Speaker: Richard Morris, Assembly Vice President, BMW Manufacturing Co., LLC, Spartanburg, SC

Morris began his career with BMW Manufacturing in 1993 following several years in Quality Engineering positions with various automotive manufacturers in the United States.

Since 1993, Morris has held numerous positions with BMW Manufacturing, including a 2-year assignment in Germany where he served as the project leader for the second generation X5 Sports Activity Vehicle launched in 2006. Most recently, Morris served as Assembly Manager.

Mr. Morris holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the General Motors Institute in 1990 and earned his MBA from Clemson University in 2004.
