Central Carolina Community Foundation to Host Wine Dinner at The Vista Room

Central Carolina Community Foundation, a nonprofit organization serving 11 counties in the Midlands by helping charitable individuals and businesses meet the needs of our community, will host a Wine Dinner at The Vista Room on Monday, February 21, 2011. This is the third event of the 17th Annual Central Carolina Food and Wine Festival, leading up to the gala event on April 1, 2011.

At this dinner, guests will enjoy a delicious dinner prepared by Chef Brian Dukes and his culinary team. Chef Dukes will prepare his excellent shrimp and grits dinner, which he served at the James Beard House in New York City in 2007. A wine expert from Republic National Distributing Company will discuss the complementary wines paired with each course.
