Immedion’s Pam Wessel Selected to Participate in Furman’s Connections Program
GREENVILLE, S.C. (January, 2011) Immedion’s Senior Account Executive, Pam Wessel, has been selected to participate in Connections: Women Leaders of the Upstate 2011. Pam will be joining an accomplished group of women who all demonstrate high standards of professionalism and volunteerism in a four month leadership series starting this month.
As well as being a talented Senior Account Executive with Immedion, Pam currently serves as the Board President for Greenville Family Partnership (GFP). GFP’s mission is to keep kids off Tobacco, Alcohol, Drugs and other harmful substances by educating and partnering with families and communities. As board president she serves as a spokesperson, advocate, and leader of the board helping to develop and enlist corporate sponsorships and serve the community with GFP’s programs.
Connections brings together an eclectic group of women who are a diverse group by age, race, and interest, but all share a common theme, demonstrating the various ways women lead their communities. Furman University sponsors this premier leadership development program to bring women together to connect, take control of their careers, become stronger leaders and make significant contributions to their communities. Governed by an advisory board and selected from nominations, the class is limited in size.
