Godsey and Gibb Moves Into Main @ Broad
Godsey & Gibb Associates (www.godseyandgibb.com), a leading independently-owned wealth management firm headquartered in Richmond, Va., has moved into its newest office located at Main @ Broad. Although Godsey & Gibb has served clients in Greenville since 1987, this marks the company’s first office in the Upstate.
Greenville Managing Partner for Godsey and Gibb, Dan Savage, states, “Greenville is such a beautiful and dynamic community and for the past 24 years our staff has always relished the opportunity to come here when visiting our Upstate-based clients. The strength of the local economy combined with the location and design of the new Main @ Broad development convinced us that now is the right time to establish a permanent presence here.”
Located at Suite 350 inside Main @ Broad, the 1,162 sq.-ft. office provides sweeping views of the Peace Center for Performing Arts, Falls Park and The West End. From the 1,000 sq.-ft. conference room, there is access to an outdoor balcony overlooking Greenville’s tree-lined Main Street and views of the South Carolina Governer’s School for the Arts and Humanities. It is a fitting vantage point for Godsey & Gibb as the company is a tremendous supporter of Greenville’s local arts community, including the Peace Center, the Greenville Museum of Art, and several local artists and galleries.
Currently managing assets in excess of $500 million, Godsey & Gibb’s primary client base is made up of individuals with high net worth, trusts, IRAs, family foundations and corporate retirement accounts. The firm represents clients in 23 states and the District of Columbia. In addition to Greenville, Godsey & Gibb has offices in Columbia, S.C., Richmond, Va., and Virginia Beach.
