Flagship Properties Acquires Riverside Property Management

Flagship Properties, a Greenville-based real estate company, has acquired Riverside Property Management of Greer.
Through this acquisition, Flagship Properties will manage more than 200 homes throughout Greer, Simpsonville, and greater Greenville. Its full range of services now includes property management, commercial sales and leasing, and residential sales. The company will do business as Flagship Properties and Flagship Property Management.
Benji Smith, owner and broker in charge, commented on the acquisition: “We are excited about our recent growth opportunity, which will enable us to expand our core service offerings. Flagship Property Management offers a large client base and a dominant market share in Greer and Greenville’s Eastside communities. We look forward to the increased synergy our combined businesses will create.”
Smith, who opened Flagship Properties nearly two years ago, has more than 17 years of real estate experience. During his career, he has managed more than 3,000 real estate transactions and $750 million in closed real estate sales.
The company has offices in downtown Greer and Greenville.
