Mariner Hosts Interactive Webinar Series for K12 Educators
March Session Features SeeChange Plans Designed to Establish Cycles of Continuous Improvement in K12 School Districts
March 8, 2011 – Charlotte, NC – Aimee Nichols, educational consultant and doctoral candidate in the Department of Educational Leadership at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and David “Fitz” Fitzgerald, Mariner’s Education Group Vice President, will lead this month’s interactive webinar hosted by Mariner on March 17th at 1:00 p.m. Eastern (see registration information below).
Principals, superintendents and central office staff are invited to participate in the webinar featuring SeeChange™ Plans. This webinar is the fourth in a series of five that presents the elements that make up Mariner’s SeeChange™ Performance Management System. The co-leaders will share how SeeChange™ Plans creates a cycle of continuous improvement through district strategic plans and school improvement plans.
“SeeChange™ Plans helps teachers, principals and superintendents align their goals from the central office all the way to individual schools helping educators take their strategic plans and parse them into tasks that are measurable and manageable. With understanding of their common goals, each school can join to collaboratively improve student performance and institutional effectiveness,” commented David Fitzgerald.
Mariner’s SeeChange™ webinar series shows educators and district leaders how data can be organized and presented in dashboards to positively affect student learning and district operations.
