PGWH Attorney made lead counsel in Maryland case

GREENVILLE – Pfeiffer Gleaton Wyatt Hewitt’s Scott Pfeiffer has been engaged as lead counsel by Core Communications, Inc., a regional Competitive Local Exchange Carrier, in a lawsuit pending in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland against Verizon Maryland, Incorporated.

The case, which began in 1999 with Core's complaint to the Maryland Public Service Commission, has recently been remanded by the Fourth Circuit United States Court of Appeals to the Maryland District Court. Pfeiffer Gleaton Wyatt Hewitt, PA will be replacing Arent Fox., LLP as lead counsel for the case on remand.
