Top Producing Realtor to focus on residential sales and property management.

Jon Pickhardt, a resident of Simpsonville, recently joined Flagship Properties as General Manager. In this role, Pickhardt will focus on expanding the company’s recently acquired property management division, as well as directing sales and marketing in the residential sales division.
Pickhardt has been a real estate professional for five years. He has been recognized consistently as a top selling agent, and had been named “Rookie of the Year” at his previous company in 2006. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors, and serves the community thru The Generous Garden Project, Habitat for Humanity, and coaching youth sports.
