SourceAbility President, Tanya Calkins, has announced the additional of Carol Bandril as Office Manager and Johnine Fregia as Recruiter. SourceAbility (www.sourceabilityinc.com) works with businesses to identify and place employees several areas that are vital to business operations.

SourceAbility welcomes Bandril as Office Manager in a role that will provide to support in the day-to-day operations of the recruitment firm.

In her new role, Fregia will draw from her 16 years of recruiting experience to help SourceAbility’s clients identify needs, define roles and seek out the best placement fit for their situation.
