KDS Commercial Properties, CCAD Engineering Enter Strategic Alliance

Greenville, SC - KDS Commercial Properties (KDS), a provider of commercial real estate brokerage and development services, has entered into a strategic alliance with CCAD Engineering (CCAD) to provide comprehensive development and land planning services for its commercial clients. This strategic alliance enables KDS to add valuable civil engineering and site planning expertise that is critical in developing or marketing commercial real estate.

Jamie McCutchen, P.E. President of CCAD, will work closely with KDS’ development division, utilizing his 18+ years of engineering experience to bring a detailed understanding of due diligence, design, permitting and construction to the firm. “I am excited about our strategic alliance and it will enable me to be even more directly involved in the full development process from start to finish,” McCutchen said.
Mike Kiriakides, CCIM and KDS Principal added, “Our services are greatly enhanced with Jamie on board. His addition to the team will provide an unparalleled competitive advantage. His civil engineering background and site utilization insight is a huge asset for us in serving all our clients.

Larry Webb, also a Principal at KDS and head of the Development Division, added, “From a development perspective, Jamie’s involvement and expertise will assist KDS in growing our development services to a variety of office, medical, and retail clients in the Upstate. To that end, we all warmly welcome Jamie to the KDS team and look forward to working with him for many years to come.”
