NxLeveL® Business Start-ups is a 8-session, 24-hour course designed for people who want to start a business and need the skills to test the feasibility of their business concept. Participants develop a business plan which acts as the blueprint for their start-up venture. Sessions include: Entrepreneurship & Business Fundamentals, Business Model, Market & Product/Service development, Testing the idea: market research & analysis, Getting to the market: marketing strategies, Understanding budgets and financials, Raising the money, Getting started and managing the future.
