InnoMobility 2011 Announces Anchor Partnership with South Carolina Research Authority
Greenville, S.C. – It was announced today that Columbia-based South Carolina Research Authority (SCRA) is the newest anchor partner of Greenville’s InnoMobility 2011 Global Conference.
A global leader in applied research, commercialization and economic development, SCRA supports and funds South Carolina start-up companies, manages collaborations for the federal government, and administers and leases research facilities to support these efforts.
“The InnoMobility conference is an excellent forum for both existing and emerging business leaders to collaborate,” said Dave McNamara, executive VP of SCRA and executive director of SC Launch. “We are excited to participate in this event that will help further South Carolina’s knowledge economy.”
SCRA joins the ranks of Michelin, Sage Automotive Interiors and Jackson Marketing Group as 2011 InnoMobility anchor partners.
“South Carolina Research Authority has been a strong partner throughout the years,” said John Warner, founder of InnoMobility. “We are thrilled to announce that they will participate in InnoMobility, which will help them discover new business opportunities for further success.”
The InnoMobility 2011 Global Conference will be held in Greenville from Oct. 18-19, 2011, at the TD Convention Center, currently known as the Carolina First Center. Leading up to the global conference will be two community forums on July 8 and August 19. The forums will take place at the Carroll A. Campbell Graduate Engineering Center Auditorium on the Clemson University International Center for Automotive Research campus in Greenville.
