Catherine Kennedy Elected Chair of Probate, Estate Planning and Trust Law Section of the South Carolina Bar

Columbia, S.C., (July 15, 2011) — Turner Padget Graham & Laney, P.A. is pleased to announce that Catherine H. Kennedy has been elected chair of the Probate, Estate Planning and Trust Law Section of the South Carolina Bar. This is a one-year term leading the Section Council and the members of the Probate, Estate Planning and Trust Law Section in addressing issues related to this area of the law.

Mrs. Kennedy serves as Special Counsel in Turner Padget’s Columbia office and concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning and probate administration and litigation. She has been certified by the South Carolina Supreme Court as a specialist in Estate Planning and Probate Law.
