Collaborative Training Effort Starting Up in Anderson
ANDERSON, S.C. - In these financially stressful times, businesses are having to cut all kinds of costs and limit the money that is being spent on services in order to avoid laying off workers. One of the services that for some reason companies deem to be unimportant and not engage in is the training and development of it's leadership. However, a group of companies, led by Sargent Metal Fabricators, in the Anderson, SC area have found a way to still provide leaders with the development they need to keep productivity levels high, and not have to pay a large amount to do so. They have simply joined forces and will be sharing the cost of a training program, which will allows the cost to be affordable for any size business.
The collaborative program's facilitator, Maximum Potential Training, has put together a 13-session program that addresses the areas of communication, time management, motivation, change management, conflict management, and diversity, which are key skills that anyone in a leadership role, or looking to get into a leadership role, must have in order to be highly successful.
The current group of companies welcome other organizations located in the greater Anderson area that would like to take advantage of this unique opportunity. If your company is interest, please contact MaxPT at 864-855-5455.
The program is set to begin on October 20th, with classes to be held at 3040 West Standdridge Road in Anderson.
