The certification involved comprehensive training and testing on the ProfileXT, Profiles Sales Assessment, and CheckPoint 360° Feedback systems and further qualifies Lee to assist organizations in developing effective assessment programs to support their employee hiring, development and succession goals.
A “total person” assessment with a myriad of uses, the ProfileXT and Profiles Sales Assessment are used for selection, coaching, training, promotion, managing, succession planning and job description development.
