Home Builders Association of Greenville Elects 2012 Leadership
GREENVILLE, SC – The Home Builders Association of Greenville has announced the election of its 2012 leadership team, led by President Hal Dillard of H. Dillard Co Inc. All officers and directors will be sworn in at the association's general membership meeting and awards luncheon on Jan. 19.
Those elected by the HBA of Greenville membership as 2012 officers are: President, Hal Dillard, H. Dillard Co., Inc.; President Elect, Robert Markel, CGR, Hadrian Construction Company; Vice President, Rick Quinn, Quinn-Satterfield; Secretary, Scott Lynch, Hollison Custom Homes; Treasurer, Chuck Childress, BB&T; Associate Vice-President, Scott Presley, Greer State Bank; President’s Appointee, Lou Hutchings, GBS Building Supply; and Immediate Past President, Wayne Moore, Harold Moore Builder; and Executive Vice President, Michael Dey.
Newly elected directors for 2012 are: Bob Barreto, GBS Building Supply; Susan Peace Vernon, Dillard-Jones Builders; Seabrook Marchant, The Marchant Company; Deana Long, Builders First Source; Indu Vakharia, Unique Builders; and Joe Hoover, Ryan Homes. Those continuing as board members in 2012 are: Chris Bailey, Stoneledge Properties; Michael Cox, Home Builders Insurance; Jim Blume, First Savers Bank; Alan Boone, Advanced Renovations; Mike Freeman, GMB, Freewood Builders; and Larry Hazenfield, ProBuild.
