INDEXX Adds Three to Management, Sales Teams

(Greenville, SCMarch 07, 2012) – As INDEXX continues to expand and diversify, the Upstate communications company has recruited new managers to spearhead developing initiatives. The company’s most recent additions include the following:

Matthew Jay joins, INDEXX’s ecommerce division, as Business Development Director. Charged with growing the Internet-based platform, Jay scouts out and implements new opportunities that dovetail with GROWLL’s business model. A graduate of Clemson University with a B.S. degree in Graphic Communications and a minor in Business Administration, Jay was previously employed by the R.L. Bryan Company, most recently as Vice President of Operations. He has nine years of experience in the printing industry and touts the benefits of social media and online communities as manager of “The Graphic Caveman” blog.

Daniel de los Santos joins INDEXX as Bindery Manager, supervising the finishing department and putting into practice new procedures to streamline workflow. He holds an associate’s degree in Business Administration and has trained expressly to operate Heidelberg press equipment and MBO paper folding machinery. In his 22 years in the industry, de los Santos has supervised bindery operations at Ramallo Bros. Printing, Graphcom-CGX, World Color International, and RR Donnelley.

Andrew Long joins INDEXX as a sales representative in the Greenville market. Among his responsibilities are presenting INDEXX’s capabilities to prospects, uncovering new leads, guiding customers ‘ project needs and budgets, managing client jobs through the entire production process, and generating recurring revenue streams. A graduate of Clemson University with both a BFA and a Masters of Industrial Education (MINED), Long has 11 years of experience in the printing industry. Previously, he held positions with RR Donnelley, TPM, and Sealed Air.
