Start-Up Essentials: April 26 - May 31

Start-up Essentials is a 6-session, 18-hour course designed for start-up
businesses. You will learn to define and test the feasibility of your business concept
and model. You will learn how to create and build a business that aligns with your
personal and professional goals. Each session will break down the critical components
of a business: developing your entrepreneurial skills,visioning, tactical business
goals, market research and evaluation,pricing,communicating your competitive advantage
in your marketing strategies, developing a sales strategy,establishing an operating
budget, personnel plan, and financial forecasts, managing operations, legalities of
start-up, risk assessment,securing capital and growth. Registration includes business
coaching and feedback on your business plan.
