Elmore Goldsmith Partner to be Inducted as Fellow in the Litigation Counsel of America

Elmore Goldsmith, PA is pleased to announce that L. Franklin Elmore has been invited to become a Fellow in the Litigation Counsel of America. Elmore will be inducted at the May 9 -12, 2012 Annual Meeting in Santa Barbara, California.

“I am honored to be inducted as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America,” said Frank Elmore.

The Litigation Counsel of America is an invitation only trial lawyer honor society. Membership is limited to 3,500 Fellows, representing less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. The composition of the group is aggressively diverse, with recognition of excellence among American litigation and trial counsel across all segments of the bar.

"The firm is thrilled to have one of our attorneys inducted into the Litigation Counsel of America," said Andy Goldsmith, Jr., managing partner for the firm. "Frank is a very effective and accomplished litigator and the invitation to become a Fellow confirms it.”

Elmore is an experienced litigator, a certified arbitrator and mediator on construction disputes. He has served as a moderator, lecturer, and author on construction and surety industry topics for a multitude of professional organizations, including the American Bar Association Forum on the Construction Industry, Carolinas Associated General Contractors, the National Bond Claims Association and the South Carolina Bar Association.
